My birthday was October 10th. I had mentioned to my dad a while back about this chicken wire jewelry display I saw on Pinterest. I kept asking him for weeks if he needed me to buy supplies or paint. And I was very specific about how i wanted it. I wanted it to to be teal and "weathered" looking. For the longest time I thought he was never going to make it or that he forgot. But he surprised my on my birthday with the finished jewelry frame. I am so happy with the finished product. It was a very inexpensive project, and the outcome is amazing. I finally feel like my ideal image of the top of my dresser is complete now! Thanks DAD!!!!!!
Since I never joined a sorority while in college, I am kind of living out my sorority girl fashion expressions now. I am in love with these Simply Southern tees. I found them at a boutique down near the beach. They are affordable and so trendy! This is the first one I got and probably won't be the last. I love how the baggier men's style tees are trending right now. Talk about comfy weekend style!
My newest obsession is the Bourbon and Boweties bracelets. All of the bracelets are hand-made in people's homes. They are mostly sold in boutiques, and you can find a list of all the boutiques that carry them online at www.bourbonandboweties.com. This is my first one I got from a cute boutique a few miles from my house in St. Pete. It was such a hard decision to find my first one. I also bought a cute one for my boss for her birthday!
Here are a few more cute styles that are available
The company I work for has a private brand label that I am becoming obsessed with. The brand is called Dept. 222 and it is a moderately priced trend line. So far since the launch there has been three groups. The newest one that has just came out is called Tropicali. It has a mix of greys, yellows and blacks. The line is also in petite and plus as well. Here are some of my favorite pieces and keep looking for OOTD's from Dept. 222.
