On Saturday it was my sister's birthday. We spent the afternoon at the dog beach with my puppy and then met up later in Tampa with some of her friends at my sister's favorite restaurant Bahama Breeze. For the dinner I wore a strapless black dress from Old Navy and I got the neon green necklace online. And of course my spiked Vince Camuto wedges. Please excuse the lobster redness...

I love Fridays at Bealls Corporate, you finally get to wear jeans. I love denim it's such an easy go to look. I found this chambray shirt and stripe skirt for $10 each in Old Navy the other week. I decided that for this Friday I was going to wear a denim shirt. I paired it with a bright pink skinny belt and Steven Madden white wedges with hot pink trim. I liked this look it was a different look for me and I'm enjoying experimenting with new outfits.
This ensemble today is from Kohl's. The dress is by Apt 9, which I scored for an awesome deal of $12.00. And the jacquard jacket is from Dana Buchman which is a super comfortable jacket. My necklace is really old I think I got it in Charlotte Russe. And my heels are from HSN by Theme. They are black with pewter cap toes, ahhhhh I love them!!!!
This dress I got from the HSN store one day when I went shopping with my friend. It is a Queen Latifah, which is super comfortable and I like that the hi-lo isn't very dramatic. I wore this to my mom's friends birthday party and I wore it to work one day and got a ton of compliments. I accessorized with jeweled earrings (which I got from the business I used to work for) and my beaded bracelets from Ann Taylor Loft and Lisa Hoffman, don't forget the Michael Kors watch. And of course my Express white strappy wedges.

So I thought yesterdays outfit got a lot of compliments at work, but this one surely surpassed that one. My black tank and skirt are from Rhonda Shear, my blazer is this magnificent light blush color from HSN by Giuliana Rancic, my seriously sharp black wedges are Vince Camuto from HSN as well. My necklace was a steal for $2 from Dots (since closed all stores). Wearing this outfit I felt like a buyer in NYC going to market checking out all the new product for the coming year!
I can't even start to explain why I love this outfit so much. First, the printed pants are from Old Navy. They look a little PJ-ish but I swear they are not. The elastic/drawstring waistband makes them really comfortable to wear all day. My basic navy tank is from JCP, of course I love these tanks because they have a 2% spandex so they keep their shape really well, better than 100% cotton ones. My white blazer is from HSN by Queen Latifah. My super high white wedges are from Express, surprisingly they are really comfortable. My necklace is from the undeniably awesome Charming Charlie's. I love how trendy this outfit is and how many compliments I got from all my fellow buyers!
I love just buying a cute top to wear with jeans or just plain pants. My black silk pants are from Joe Fresh and my lace overlay top is from Cynthia Rawley in Marshalls. My black pumps are from Apt. 9 at Kohls, which were a steal for $5! Super uncomfortable though :( whomp whomp. Oh well, still couldn't pass up that deal!
Since my recent new job as an Assistant Buyer for Bealls Department Store (which only has stores in Florida) I thought that it was important to try to go out of my comfort zone and try new, trendy outfits. For this day I decided to be a little more business casual. My black wide leg pants are from JCP, and my ivory embroidered blouse and flats are from Old Navy. Uber casual but super comfortable.
A few Friday's ago, I went to see "Maleficient" with the best. It was such an awesome movie with an unexpected plot twist! I knew we were going to go out after wards so I dressed up a little & curled my hair (which I rarely do). Anyways my jeans are from JCP, my crossover tank is from Old Navy, and my earrings are from Rue 21 Etc, and my neutral tone sandals are from Forever 21. I love wearing white during Summer because you can accessorize with any color!
